At EFF, we work in a hybrid mode, which means we come to the office at least once a week. However, if you live outside the Poznań area, you have an option to work fully remotely.
We do not impose strict development paths on our employees – your career in our company depends on your needs and ambitions. We offer a lot of freedom and flexibility in shaping your career path. In addition, we provide courses and training to support you in your development.
We encourage you to regularly follow our recruitment announcements on our website and social media. When a suitable offer comes up, we will look forward to receiving your application.

Our organisational culture is based on equality, openness and mutual trust. We work in teams, in an open space and we’re on the first name terms. Unlike other corporations, we do not have a strict hierarchy – everyone is treated equally and we approach everyone individually.

You’ll find out the rest of the details when you take the first step. Don’t be afraid to give it a try! Our interns often stay with us for a long time and their careers quickly take off.
We carefully analyse every resume sent to make the best possible match between the person and the planned tasks, so we only reply to selected applicants.
You can start work anytime between 6:00 and 10:00 a.m. and, depending on your full-time position, you will work the appropriate number of hours.
To apply for an internship at EFF, knowledge of English, motivation and willingness to learn are required. Additional competences depend on the specific job advertisement.

At EFF we focus on openness and a laid-back atmosphere. Forget strict hierarchies – with us, everyone is on first name basis and in the office you will work in the same space as our boss Krister, your Team Leader and the rest of the team. We value initiative, so you can get involved in other company activities in addition to your main work.
