Which tasks am I responsible for, and which are handled by EFF?
The division of responsibilities between EFF and our clients is clearly outlined in the Service Level Agreement (SLA) and agreed upon individually before the contract is signed. We conduct regular SLA reviews to ensure they reflect any changes in our clients’ operations.
